The following terms & conditions are essential for the learner to comply with if they enrol with AccountsWiz and/or its partner Institutions:

  • The learner will receive the course registration from college within 24 -48 hours
  • Access to the learning platform is given only after receiving the learner’s course fee (in full, or after receiving the first instalment).
  • After enrolling onto the course, the learner will get access to our learning platform within 24-48 hours and all study materials and assessments will be available via the learning platform.
  • The learner may enrol on to multiple courses at the same time.
  • Course material includes all the essential learning/training material such as the course units/modules, study manuals, assessments (if required), quizzes (if required) in PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint format.
  • The minimum time period to complete our regulated qualifications is four months (sixteen weeks) and the maximum time period to complete the course is up to twelve months. Learners will have access to their Learning Platform for up to 12 months from the date of enrolment. During this period, flexibility will be given to learners for completing the course at any time.
  • The minimum time period to complete our professional development courses is one week to sixteen weeks and the maximum time period to complete the course is up to twelve months.   • After the completion of the course, or the course maximum duration (12 months from the date of enrolment), access to the learning platform will be terminated without prior notice and for further information/communication, learners may contact us via email.
  • Learners are able to contact their tutor through their learning platform or via email regarding their studies.

  • In case of course fee payment by instalment option, learners will need to pay their regular instalments on time, and after three consecutive pending invoices, the students will be suspended from the course.
  • AccountsWiz will apply for/issue the Certificate of Completion and learners must clear their pending fees and charges before that.
  • If a learner wishes to cancel or no longer wish to be on the course, then he/she will be eligible to apply for full refund within a 14 days cooling off period according to Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (this condition will only be applied if the learner has not logged in to the learning platform, accessed the course material & has not communicated with the admin team or online tutor).
  • At the time of registration / course purchase via our website or third party website, the learner will need to provide us with his/her accurate, complete and current information for the account and registration of the learning platform. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions, which may result in immediate termination of your learning platform account and registration from the course.
  • The learner’s data and information is protected according to the General Data Protection Regulation Act May 2018 and it will be used only for educational purposes.
  • Information about the learner and their data will not be provided to any third party.
  • Learners may interact with one another through the student discussion forum.
  • Feedback on assessments is not published publicly, any feedback will be provided to the learner via the learning platform.
  • Certificates will be available to download via the learning platform. Therefore correct personal information is necessary for the students.
  • The learner is responsible for protecting the Username & Password that he/she uses to access the learning platform and for any activities or actions taken.
  • As per our learning platform usages condition, the learner agrees not to disclose his/her password to any third party or any other learner.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your learning platform account.
  • You may not use a username of another learner or entity that is not lawfully accessible for your use. You explicitly agree that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising out of any falsifications you make in this regard.
  • AccountsWiz accepts payments via Bank Transfer, Paypal and Credit and Debit Card, therefore any other mode of transferring the payments will not be accepted.
  • There is no need for previous qualifications or prior knowledge for AccountsWiz’s professional courses, and anyone can enrol onto the courses.
  • Basic knowledge of English language and ICT is required for enrolment on course.
  • There is no age restriction for the courses. Courses are open to any learner aged over 16 years of age.
  • The learner must notify/report within 24 hours of accessing the learning material if there are any inaccuracies in the course material. Complaints regarding inaccuracies will not be accepted after this time.
  • Complaints can be made via email to AccountsWiz’s admin team and these complaints will be addressed within 48 hours.
  • For assignment based courses: access to the next unit/module will be given after grading of the first assignment and grading can take up to seven working days.
  • For Multiple Choice Quiz based courses: learners may need to email AccountsWiz’s admin team for access to the next module on passing the currently enrolled module.
  • AccountsWiz is not liable or responsible for any failure or disturbance in performance caused due to Force Majeure Event.
  • Any delay in the assignment grading process can only be caused due to technical issues, in such cases the learner will be informed via email.
  • AccountsWiz reserves the right to change Awarding Bodies or Partners Institution during the period of enrolment and certification for the course. In the case of Awarding Bodies or Partners Intuitions change, certification will remain at the same level as the one defined at the time of the purchase of the course (from our college website or via third party website where we advertise our courses).
  • AccountsWiz reserves the right to refuse a refund and/or suspend access to the learning platform in the case of any breach of terms and conditions without prior notice.
